As far as I concern cricket and movies are biggest weakness of Indians and this is reason for our down fall other wise Indian will be among the most developed nation like China and UK, US. A nation where youngster are worried for cricket and cricketers  other wise Bollywood stars. Just see the viewership record of  of world cup 2011 than come to Bollywood, the success of Sheila and Munni song explains greatly.

This is the reason our corrupted leaders are getting chance for scams and crime. The greatest misery of Indians, when our politicians are looting-the public money and  ready to sell our nation we Indians are busy behind world cup and  IPL or Shela and Munni. India is great and Indians are too.

You know, this is most shocking moment of my life when I have seen a 4 year old girl, singing and dancing on Sheila Ki Jawani song and another I have seen in media that woman from UP  want to sell her home to watch 2011 world cup final.

Please think it over 1000 times, what I am going to ask you, A nation where cricketer and film stars are respected as God, A nation where every one want to be a film star or cricketer, Can that nation ever going to be develop? I don't think so.

It' a human nature that feels pride in something that means nothing is trapped by the mind forming of borders and flags and their mind is lost forever to to emotion that sees very little logic and helps keep humans separated forever

What does the emotion of a man sport offer?

• Food -no
• Health care-no
• Clean water -no
• Housing -no
• Eduction -no
• Protection -no

What does man sports steal from humans?
Takes resources for the good of all
Causes false feeling of accomplishments
Makes the ordinary human feel special without any actions or financial costs
Makes it easier for governments to make their citizens feel more special than other to perform illogical actions

Sports are natures way of forcing humans to fight for the strongest gens and using emotion to do her work on a species that are too primitive to understand her tricks.

At last I would like to say that cricket and Bollywood, the curse for India and Indians so ban cricket and Bollywood to save nation and our future other wise that day is not far when we will be the poorest among the world.

The Idiot Box became smarter after the beginning of “Reality Shows” and people duffers. As far as I concern Reality Shows stress busters & batter than our daily TV serial because watching TV serials gives a lots of tension. Every serial contains the similar story, the mixer of violence & tension.

Reality shows are good but the participation of Bollywood stars & vulgarity in it showing the sign of our poor future. Most of the host & participant using reality show for publicity & for that they are ready to do every thing. Just see what happened in Big Boss session 4, Sara Khan & Ali Merchant got married in on show & shared their wedding first night publicly in front of the camera on the other hand the third class behavior of Dolly Bindra given her popularity. Yaa publicity ka funda hai Boss.
On the other hand some reality shows like Indian Idol, Dance India Dance, Nach Baliye, India got Talents, Koun Banega Karorpati etc where Bollywood stars, directors are participating to find the talent as the matter of fact their main motto is not searching the talent but becoming popular in front of the television viewers. The popularity of TV the channels like, Star, Sony, Zee, Colour now a day’s people don't like to go to the theaters that’s why Bollywood is going through bad phase. Now to bring back those Ordinances they have applied these techniques. Now every star is a fan of reality shows as far as concern encouraging such reality shows they are destroying the future of India.
You just think a nation all people became an actor, dancer & singer what we will be the future of that nation. When all became entertainer then whom they will entertain. It’s only for fun & enjoyment not for the future. As I have seen in a TV channel "A child age in between 3 to4 year & the reporter asked him his favorite actor, my god he told "Hirthik". Now it’s a matter to think seriously because "IDIOT BOX" is doing his work so smartly

According to holy Quran “In future men will invent a machine which will talk & corrupt people”. Things are turning truly as written in book. At last i want to say govt should ban such type of reality show which is not good for the future of India not the show like "Such ka samna" which make people to face truth bravely while the reality show like .its strikes directly in the little children mind which spoils the their future. The show like" koun banega caror pati & Dus ka dum "making our new generation lazy to see these show they wanted to find out the shortest way of success, every one want be a milliner through these shows. An old saying “there is no short cut towards success”. The reality show like "Big boss, Desi Girl, Rakhi ki Adalat, Rakhi ka swamber, Pati patni or wa, Raaj pichle janam ka", I don't know what moral people are drawing from this & what the directors want to prove through it. God knows batter!
Parents should understand the fact of reality show that every one is not lucky like Abhjit Samant, Rakhi samant, Ismit & Salman the winners of reality shows. So please don't encourage your children towards reality shows & their extra curricular activity for their & our nation's bright future.

At last I would like to say that Reality shows are not bad the presentation is wrong, Govt should ban reality shows like Bog Boss, fear factor, Desi Girl & Ess jangal se mujha Bacho etc. which encouraging vulgarity, Nudity & poor culture.

I think every body heard this common word “Growth” from the Indian politicians while no body knows the meaning of growth. Growth is not the economic growth, like taking sensex to 20k mark but growth is the rapid improvement in life expectancy, school enrollment ratio & literacy. You see our govt always singing the verses of growth in front of the world & media saying that our motto is growth & development while growth is far away from common men life. Developing the infrastructure of capitals & towns & economic growth is no the real growth but develop living style of common man which is unfulfilled dream due to mountain like inflation.

Still in India are living like animals in villages, if don’t believe on my words than go some distance from the towns, you will invent the reality of growth, to see the miserable condition villages & its people. The states like Bihar, Up, Orissa & West Bengal, where I have gone & seen the pathetic conditions of villagers, even for their basic needs they struggling like animals, what to talk about their education & development. As I have seen the govt schools where children are sitting like animals, while most of the children were coming in school for mid-day meal & after their meal they were living the school & teachers also not showing interest to stop them.
You see the Naxalists or Maoists, why they have taken gun in their hand? This because the quality of life they are spending since our independence. As I birth place in Mayur Bhanj, Orissa, I know the condition of villagers their who live in out side the town, 99% percent “Adivasi” people lives are daily wager while eating only one time or two time in day, do you know what they are eating? Only “Pokhal Bhat(Rice & water with onion & salt while most of the children who are reading in school, leaving their education before their schooling due to poverty & forced to work as daily wager with their parents. What to talk about their education & development? If see development & growth from their eyes, its nothing but a mirage in desert which disappears after twinkling of eyes. If they are fighting for their rights, than I think they are not wrong.
At last I would like to say that we will truly not develop till the life style of every common man will improve. So please think about the common men rater than going behind the economic growth only.

As I have seen practically in life, as I have given no interviews in MNCs after my graduation, I found when ever a female HR taken my interview, I got selected when a male HR taken my interview, every time they rejected me in the first round saying some negative point, they are more interested in beauty rather than quality, when I have seen the hiring of duffer girls but they are looking like models , I think this is the main reason , that’s why MNCs faced setbacks in their business last year. 2nd thing when ever I worked under a female boss, I worked for long time without any problem & when I worked with male boss, they created an environment that I left the job with in a week, they are making conspiracy against me & giving wrong report to the senior about me, I faced such problems three times in my career while we are blaming women for making conspiracy, to see this, I came to know that a male is the murderer of a male’s career & hundred time dishonest than women, I think such corrupt people should be shoot at sight like a most wanted.
A t last I would like to say that male community is the another name of corruption, till they will not mend themselves, we will never grow like other developed countries. Remembering the saying of Sudarshan Jee Maharaj that “correct your self other wise every body will kick you” so it’s a request of mine to the corrupt male community that , please correct yourself , other wise its too late.

FIRE IN DTC....ITS A CONSPIRACY OR RESULT OF POOR MAINTENANCE?

Now a days fire in DTC(Delhi transport corporation ) law floor buses is a serious problem for Delhi govt as common wealth game is ahead. Its essential for us to develop the means of communication before 2010 game. With addition of law floor buses in DTC added safety, comfort & punctuality in the life of common man as well as beautified the infrastructure of capital Delhi. But suddenly like storm broke out, fire in DTC buses one by one broken the safety brier of common people. I think its about to 1 year in addition of law floor buses in DTC & after one year of good run, suddenly such problem in most of the buses indicates the poor maintenance or conspiracy. Because a machine always shows its fault in initial stage not after on year. According to Tata motor that" road is not fit for law floor buses" then question raised " How it given us problem free ride since one year?. As I experienced with law floor buses that fire is responsible for poor maintenance & heavy load. They are washing buses every day along with the luxurious seats & passengers are traveling more then its capacity.

At last I would like to say this fire in DTC is nothing but the result of poor maintenance, carelessness & may be conspiracy of blue line owners or govt. I think in spit of blaming each other Tata motor or Govt needs to set up a group of engineers for the proper maintenance of DTC law floor buses. This is the only way to solve this problem.

ACCORDING TO THE FAMOUS SAYING"Behavior is the mirror in which every body reflects hos own image"& its absolutely right that we are always judging a person by his behavior .you see Delhi is going to host the commonwealth game in 2010 ,but our behavior especially in public places like buses,metro & in visiting places is a serious meter to think for DELHI govt.we people are behaving like a animals in every place.what type of moral this will set in front of the world?what we people want ?govt needs to teach us lesion for good behavior .this is really height yaar.i am remembering the saying of Sudersun jee Maharaj that"correct yourself other wise everybody will kick you"so please please behave well.As i have seen through my own eyes the inhuman behavior of people in metro,in buses & in public places for example
1-Sitting of young women or man in senior citizens & physically handicap sit & their disinterest to offer this sit to the deserving person.
2- Sitting of a young man & boy in ladies sit ,even after the appose from others denying to offer sit to the ladies like a shameless creature.
3-Pushing each other without caring he is a old man or lady to get a sit .
4-Spiting ,smoking & drinking in public places.
5-Using the walls public place as a toilet.
6-Breaking the traffic rules is usual habit.
7-Beating a cyclist,a rickshaw puller 0r an innocent people by the motorist like they have no right to walk on the road or to leave.
8-Specially honking on red light.what is the use of it?
9-Misbehave with women in public place
10-The main point,our political leaders behavior in parliament .if our leaders behave in this way ,how they are expecting from their citizens.so at fast they need to behave well.
AT LAST I WOULD LIKE TO SAY these are the common example of our behavior in public places.now think it ,Is this our image to be an Indian? AS I HAVE READ IN BOOK "IF WANT TO SEE THE WASTE CONDITION OF A PUBLIC PROPERTY,THEN WRITE HANDEL WITH CARE ABOVE IT".
