RTE(RIGHT TO EDUCATION) WILL BRING DEVELOPMENT?

According to Henry Peter Broughan “Education makes people easy to lead, but difficult to drive; easy to govern, but impossible to enslave.”, so it’s a great move by Indian Govt to brighten our future, The passing of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education (RTE) Act 2009 gives every child the right to a quality elementary education , I think this act will solve all the problems which now days our country is facing & this will minimize the gap between upper class & lower class & make a corruption free & crime free society, just see the main features of RTE-according to TOI
1-All children aged 6-14 shall have the right to free and compulsory elementary education at a neighborhood school.
2-No direct (school fees) or indirect cost uniforms, textbooks, mid-day meals, transportation) need be borne by the child or parents to obtain elementary education.
3-The govt will provide schooling free-of-cost until a child’s elementary education is completed.
4-All schools must comply with certain infrastructure and teacher norms.
5-Two trained teachers will be provided for every 60 students at the primary level.
Being an Indian, I really appreciate our govt's plane, No doubt its great step towards development but one thing really worries that is the dishonesty among the govt teachers; they don’t like to give quality education to the children, most of teachers are playing with the life of children as they are writing the question answers on the black board during examination to show their good result & quality of teaching in front of govt but the mater fact they are destroying the future of India. Every year govt spending millions of rupees behind education but result is still zero this is because the dishonest govt teachers.
At last I would like to say that our education system will not improve till our teachers correct them selves because “teachers are the tank & students are the tap” so teachers most need to purify themselves & work honestly for the bright future of the nation.
