My favorite actress & The famous Bollywood actress Manisha Koirala, who exchanged wedding vows with beau Samrat Dahal, a Nepalese businessman, in a traditional Hindu ceremony in Kathmandu on Friday. The 41-year-old actress tied the knot with Dahal, 34, in a private function at the Gokarna Forest Resort, attended by family close friends only.
Bollywood actors Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Vivek Mushran (her co-star in her debut movie Saudaagar), Suman Ranganathan and Dipti Nawal attended Saturday's ceremony.
Dressed in a yellow saree, Manisha garlanded Samrat and exchanged wedding rings as priests recited Vedic mantras in the presence of her father Prakash Koirala and mother Sushma. Spread over three days, the main ceremony will be held on Saturday when the bride will go to the groom’s house after performing hour-long rituals as per the Hindu tradition, According to TOI
The actress' grandfather, B P Koirala, was prime minister of Nepal in the late 1950's, while two of her granduncles were also prime ministers of the Himalayan nation.
The actress's wedding reception will be hosted on Sunday at the Soaltee Hotel in Kathmandu. It is expected to be attended by Prime Minister Madhav Kumar Nepal, President Ram Baran Yadav and former king Gyanendra Shah, According to The Hindu
I think Manisha did the right thing in right time because she already lost her charm as a Bollywood actress & struggling to survive in Bollywood so good job for future.
Wishing her A Happy Marriage Life
